MBC Guidelines for Small Group Gatherings of Fully Vaccinated Participants
Decision made by Administrative Team and Diaconate in consultation with Rev. Dugan
based on CDC, state of WI, WI Council of Churches and Fond du Lac County guidelines
Effective immediately, small church groups of 10 or less fully vaccinated*
participants are not required to wear face masks or to physically distance. Please
be aware of each person’s feelings regarding their physical space. This does not
preclude someone from wearing a face mask or distancing him/herself if that
makes him/her feel more comfortable.
Participants are not required to divulge if they are fully vaccinated (HIPPA).
Regardless, we must always be welcoming to new comers which might mean
taking extra precautions to make them feel comfortable and accepted.
Any food served during a small group gathering should be individually
prepackaged whether store bought or homemade.
Small groups are still required to sanitize the space occupied at the conclusion of
